Job description
The role involves working with HR systems, data sets, and collaborating with HR teams to ensure employee life cycle events and to promote an excellent employee experience, in support of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to enhance workforce performance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of labour laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Drive training plans the record keeping and implementation thereof.
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide relevant metrics.
- Analyse compensation data and benchmark against industry standards.
- Handle employee relations and performance analysis.
- Participate in HR projects and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage the full payroll process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience as a HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- 2+ years’ experience in the full payroll function.
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
